  26. Strange.  I use my Power 28.8 with the Win95 dialer all the time.
  27. Try an init string of AT&F1 in the "extra settings" box in the modem setup
  28. folder.   That will override any other settings Win95 tries to send to the
  29. modem and init it with the default hardware control settings.
